 Henry the holiday home owner
Solution

Henry is a lucky man, he has a nice holiday home in France. He likes to get away whenever he can, but he doesn't like to lose touch. So his holiday home has broadband, he can check his email and keep in touch with what's happening at home any time.

Henrys Problems

1. Pretty much all of Henrys friends are at home and he likes to be available, he doesn't want to have people ringing round the globe to try and find him. Also Henry doesn't always want people to know he's in France (especialy when he's on sick leave).

2. Calling home can be expensive when abroad. Calling abroad can be expensive when home.

Let's look at how Freespeech can solve Henrys problems

Henry has broadband at home and abroad, so signs up for a freespeech account. He then purchases a nice small VOIP terminal adaptor, which fits neatly into his suitcase. When Henry is at home, he plugs the adaptor in and gets his calls at home. When Henry travels to France he takes his adaptor with him (don't worry if he misses any calls the voicemail will be waiting in his email inbox) and plugs it in once he arrives. Now Henry receives and makes calls in France just as if he was at home.

Problems Solved

1. Henry is reachable on his freespeech number wheter he is at home or abroad. His friends don't have to worry whether he's in France or not and they only pay for a local call. In fact, they don't even know if he's in France because the number they dialed was then same as when he's at home.

2. Henry now has cheap calls wherever he goes, because it doesn't matter where you are located when you make a call. In fact Henry is very happy because numbers from home and abroad are on the 10 minutes FREE list so he gets FREE calls every day.

Other benefits that Henry found

Henry was happy to get his voicemail delivered to his email account. He used to have to dial from abroad to find out what calls he had missed.
